Battlefield Cross Memorial to honor PFC Brian Jay Bradbury who was killed in action while serving in the United States Army 71st Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), Fort Drum, N.Y; he was killed June 21, 2006 when he encountered enemy forces using small-arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades during combat operations in the vicinity of Naray, Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
