The memorial consists of a granite monument and flagpole inside a chain-link fenced area. A bullet-shaped crest rests on top of a broad 4-foot high granite base. The crest is etched with a star in a circle, the engraved names, infantry branch insignia, and birth and death dates, of two military veterans of the community, who were killed during the war. It is further inscribed: “IN MEMORY OF OUR BOYS WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE IN WORLD WAR II”

Hallett, Pawnee County, OK 74034. The memorial is in the town of Hallett, Oklahoma along the west side of State Highway 99. The site is immediately south of the U.S. Post Office building and identifiable by the flagpole.
