Four sided brick with bronze monument originally a WWII service roll. Moved and expanded in 1972 to include the Civil War, Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, and Korea. It honors the service of all who lived in a 3 mile radius of Fairview Cemetery, in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. This includes the villages of Weltytown, Mammoth, Springertown, Carpentertown, Kecksburg, Mount Joy, and Alice in Mount Pleasant Township, Westmoreland County. Plus Laurelville in Bullskin Township , Fayette County.
