The memorial contains several carved granite panels. Names of all the veterans from the Flourtown-Erdenheim areas of Springfield Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania are listed on the memorial. Originally it was one monument in 1945. Korea and Vietnam names were added in 1988 and an additional panel installed for the War on Terror in 2012.
