
Small granite stone with brass plate and flagpole honoring the eleven members of the Boys Club of McKeesport, Pennsylvania who lost their lives during the Vietnam War. Director LaRosa had the monument built after losing former club members Norman Johnson in 1965 and Michael Nemchick in 1966. According to the Vietnam Veterans Association of America, it is one of the first four monuments established in our nation’s history that recognizes the sacrifice of the Vietnam Veterans.
