
Granite memorial named for Mike Hazy who was the first resident of Jacobs Creek, Pennsylvania, that perished in World War II. Also on the center stone are the names of four subsequent men who died in the service of their country. On the side monoliths are listed the names of all Jacobs Creek men who served in the war.
