Vandergrift Military  Memorial
Originally a World War I monument that was expanded in the 1990’s with an honor roll covering the era from 1917 through the Persian Gulf conflict. Incorporated was an existing monument from World War I, a Vandergrift High School honor roll that had been moved from the site of the now-closed school. The most recent addition is a bronze plaque tribute to a local Marine who died in Iraq in 2004.
