Jamie scored a spot in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing but missed out on earning a medal, finishing fourth in air rifle and fifth in three-position. However, she was the top American finisher in both events.

Jamie and her husband, Army Sgt. Hank Gray, share a passion for air rifle competition. Sgt. Gray is a U.S. Army Markmanship Unit shooter.

The 22nd Annual American Legion Junior Shooting Sports National Championship is under way this week at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. The finals are Aug. 11.
