I wrote a song called "Merry Christmas To All The Heroes," to honor our brave soldiers at this special time of year. Not many songs are written specifically to honor America's heroes who are away from home. My song was played last year at the annual Christmas event at the Vietnam Wall Memorial in Washington, D.C.
I'm really proud of the song, and of course I am really proud of all our men and women in uniform. Hopefully my song will make them feel like they are appreciated for all they do for their country. I started to write the song a few years ago, then put it down for a while and wrote another Christmas song. When I picked up the song a bit later I had some fresh ideas which I used to incorporate into the song. My song was recorded in Nashville with Jeff Carson on vocals. The song starts off with "How do we honor our Heroes, at Christmastime this year. To each and every brave soldier, whose sacrifice we hold so dear."
The recording is on many of the online music outlets.
For anyone who would like to listen to my song, here is the link to the song on Youtube:
You can also access the song by getting into Youtube and typing in "Merry Christmas To All The Heroes" by Glenn Boudreau.
God bless and protect all our brave warriors, and thank you for all you do.
