The Liverpool Invasion, a dynamic live experience evoking the magic of Beatlemania, will be the featured entertainment at the National Commander’s Banquet of the 107th American Legion National Convention on Tuesday, Sept. 1, in the Kentucky International Convention Center ballroom in downtown Louisville.
The group is composed of four young musician/singers who each match the age, vocal type, energy and spirit of the Beatles during their first visit to America, when they took the world by storm with hit after hit of unforgettable music. To purchase tickets, contact your department adjutant.

Color Guard Contest applications due June 26 The National Color Guard Contest will be held Friday, Aug. 28, in Hall D of the Kentucky International Convention Center. The five classes are Advancing/Retiring of Colors, Military, Military-Open, Open and JROTC Drill. Applications are due by June 26. After a hiatus in 2025, the National Concert Band Contest is returning and will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, in Hall D, with Concert Band and Exhibition Concert Band classes.
