The American Legion has a variety of e-newsletters delivered directly to your email inbox. Opt in for one or more that interest you. 

The American Legion has a variety of free e-newsletters delivered directly to your email inbox to keep members, veterans and their families updated on Legion programs, membership, Be the One suicide prevention mission, top weekend veteran news, career fairs and more.

To subscribe to one or more of the following newsletters, visit legion.org/newsletters. You will be instructed to sign in to your MyLegion account. 

Online Update (includes Monday Briefing). Read the top five news stories from the past weekend of interest to the veteran and military community, and see stories, videos and promotions of interest to Legion Family members. The Online Update is delivered on Thursdays that also includes stories, videos and promotions that relate to veterans affairs, and Legion programs and activities.

Wellness Wednesday. Supports the Legion’s Be the One mission to end veteran suicide by providing mental health and wellness resources and tips, stories on how the Legion Family is supporting this mission and registration for online suicide prevention training. 

Tango Alpha Lima Podcast. Hear from interesting guests, current events and stories of interest to the veteran and military community, along with previous episodes that may also be of interest. The newsletter is sent shortly after the new episode is released Tuesday mornings.  

Commander's Message. Hear about important Legion initiatives and programs, and items of general interest to the veterans community from The American Legion national commander.

Thank You Thursday. Receive exclusive offers, deals and even some free stuff as a way of saying thank you for your membership. 

Legion Riders. Provides information on the American Legion Legacy Run, as well as links to external media stories on what Legion Rider chapters are doing across the country.

The Dugout. Keeps Legion Baseball coaches and players updated on registration information, famous alumni, news stories, Legion World Series news and more.

Dispatch. Supports post and department leadership on membership, available resources and program guidance. 

Sons of The American Legion. Read news stories and other information related to the Sons at the squadron and detachment level.
