Cumberland County Vietnam Memorial, Freedom Memorial Park, Fayetteville

This three-paneled monument honors the North Carolinians who died in the Vietnam War. The rectangular left panel features a map of Vietnam. To its right, the second panel bears the names of those who died among patriotic illustrations of the armed forces in Vietnam. The third panel is a simple inscription. A memorial bench stands at the edge of the concrete pad that fronts the monument.

The monument is located across the street from the Airborne and Special Operations Museum in Freedom Memorial Park, which is on the northwest corner of the intersection of Bragg Boulevard and Hay Street, in Fayetteville, NC.
