Blue Star Memorial By-Way

The monument is located on the front lawn of the Helmuth-Ingalls American Legion Post 232 in Clinton, New York. The monument, along with the flower bed, is maintained by the Clinton Garden Club. A wreath is placed by the monument annually by the Clinton Garden prior to Memorial Day. The purpose of the monument is engraved on the plaque: “A tribute to the Armed Forces of America.”
