Location. 39° 56.076′ N, 77° 39.086′ Franklin County World War I Memorial Looking west. W. Marker is in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, in Franklin County. Marker is at the intersection of Lincoln Highway (U.S. 30) and Queen Street, on the left when traveling west on Lincoln Highway
