THE COMPANY / LEFT FOR ACTIVE DUTY ON / JUNE 10, 1861 AND RENDENDERED / VALIENT AND SACRIFICIAL / SERVICE WITH THE ARMY OF / NORTHERN VIRGINIA UNTIL / SURRENDER AT APPOMATTOX, / APRIL 9, 1865. OF THE / ORIGINAL 140 MEN 60 GAVE / THEIR LIVES AND 42 WERE / SERIOUSLY WOUNDED.
