Vietnam Memorial

The 3/4 inch thick solid steel statue was created by the artist at Roanoke Chowan Community College and the steel was donated by Eddie Kane Steel. It is seven feet tall and represents all branches of service. It was dedicated on on Veterans Day 2015 by the American Legion and the Vietnam Veterans of America. North Carolina VVA President Rossie Nance was the guest speaker. The location and logistics were provided by the town of Ahoskie, North Carolina.
