Remembrance Plaque - Patchogue/Medford Students - Vietnam

Dedicated to the students of Patchogue Medford High School who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Vietnam War. The high school campus is now named after Lt Michael Murphy who graduated from this high school and subsequently was awarded the Medal of Honor.
