Clausland Mountain Watch Fires

Clausland Mountain Watch Fires

At the top of Clausland Mountain, the local chapter of the Vietnam Veterans conducts a watch fire every Memorial Day. This fire burns for twenty-four hours and is given full military honors. The flag pole was dedicated to the Dizzine Family, who were all veterans.
