Marker is on Dogwood Avenue south of Main Street (State Route 184), on the right when traveling south. The marker is on the grounds of the Covington County Courthouse. Marker is at or near the postal address of 101 South Dogwood Avenue, Collins, MS 39428. Erected by the citizens of Covington County July 1976.
