Castro Valley Veterans Memorial

This veterans memorial was built to honor and remember ALL veterans. The build manager and designer of this memorial is Michael L. Emerson who is a U.S. Marine, Desert Storm Veteran and American Legion PUFL (paid up for life) member. Michael donated all of his time and labor for this project. American Legion Post #649 in Castro Valley, California donated funds to help pay to build it. Almost all veteran related events now happen at this memorial in the community.
