Memorial is located in Ottawa County and is on the grounds of the Inter-Tribal Council, Inc., on Tribe Trail, between Industrial Parkway and the I-44 southbound Rest Area, and about one mile north of I-44 Exit 313. Nine flag poles surround a center red granite about 4 feet tall and has tribes engraved on the 8 sides. The following tribes are identified: Miami, Modoc, Ottawa, Peoria, Quapaw, Seneca-Cayuga, Wyandot, and Eastern Shawnee.
