Seminole Nation and Veterans Memorial is located within the Seminole National Cemetery. The memorial pays respect and homage to past and present Seminole Nation warriors. The memorial has a large display of flags including American Flag, Seminole Nation Flag and POW/MIA Flag. The wall displays military service seals and names of those lost in battle. A cultural walk with historical plaques highlighting symbols of war. The beautiful concrete memorial is designed to be very green. That is a 10,000 gallon cistern catches water from the entire 6 acres developed for reuse while composting toilets, LED lighting, draught tolerant plantings and recycled crushed granite in stead of turf ensures efficient use of natural resources and while requiring little to no maintenance.
