Veterans Monument Natchez, MS Simple but striking monument in Veterans Memorial Park in downtown Natchez, (Adams County) Mississippi. On a raised base within this old park stands five columns of light gray marble with black streaks supporting five lintels. On each lintel is carved the name of one branch of the Armed Forces of the United States. with its setting within the park coupled with its simple lines, yet powerful message, it makes for a fitting tribute to our veterans.
