Registration will continue through August for motorcycle ride that raises funds for children of fallen U.S. servicemembers.

Online registration for the 2015 American Legion Legacy Run now is available here. The run will leave Indianapolis Aug. 23 and arrive in Baltimore, Md., Aug. 26 for The American Legion National Convention.

Online registration will continue through August. Map books, patches and other registration material will be mailed to all pre-registered riders, passengers and supporters on or before Aug. 12. For registrations made after Aug. 1, there is no guarantee that t-shirts, map books and patches will be available or delivered in time for the Run.

For those who wish to register via mail, a printable registration form is available here.

Registration fees remain unchanged for 2015: $50 for riders and $25 for passengers. The Legacy Run raises funds for The American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund, which provides college scholarships for the children of U.S. servicemembers killed on active duty since Sept. 11, 2001. More than $1 million was raised during 2014 Run; nine Legacy Runs have now raised more than $5 million for the fund.
