You can either sync a device such as an Apple watch or FitBit using the Strava technology, or manually enter your activities.

Among the improvements for the third annual American Legion 100 Miles for Hope is an easier way for participants to track their miles. In fact, there are two options.

First participants will need to register. If you have not already done so, please visit the Emblem Sales web page. Please note: We are not using the Kilter app this year.

There are two options for participants to track their miles on their own page on legion.org. To learn how to track your miles, there are resources including a how-to guide and video available on this page.

And virtually any activity will count. There are dozens of activities to choose from such as walking, cycling, rucking, running, skiing, riding a motorcycle, canoeing, using a stand-up paddleboard and more.

If you can’t find your activity, you can simply choose “other” and log your miles. If your activity is based on time, just use your best judgment as to how many miles you tallied.

Visit this web page for details on both options for tracking miles.
