Members of American Legion Post 924, Legion Riders Chapter 924, Coraopolis VFW and VFW Auxiliary, with the help of Moon Township and Coraopolis Fire Departments, held a 9/11 memorial service. We sounded taps at each time a plane hit the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and crashed at Shanksville.
Special guests included Sen. Devlin Robinson and Coraopolis Mayor Mike Dixon. Plus we had a number of citizens who showed up to pay their respects.
