The American Legion is the first veterans service organization to sponsor "America's Game" in its history. Through this Associate Level Sponsorship, we are honored to support these student-athletes who are committed to protecting the freedoms we cherish, and we will continue to raise awareness about Be The One – our primary mission to reduce the number of veterans and servicemembers lost to suicide.
About the Army-Navy Game
The Army-Navy Game presented by USAA is an annual football game between the nation’s two oldest service academies. The event is executed by the two 501 c 3 Academy Athletic Departments, the Army West Point Athletic Association and the Naval Academy Athletic Association and dates back to 1890. American Legion National Commander Dan Wiley and Legionnaires enjoy the spirit, symbols, camaraderie and passion surrounding ‘America’s Game.’

In addition to providing claims assistance and signing up new members, Legion's activation display at Army-Navy Game provides opportunity to promote veteran suicide prevention.
As an associate sponsor of the Army-Navy Game presented by USAA, The American Legion had a strong presence at “America’s Game.” The organization’s Be the One activation display was positioned at the beginning of the Fan Walk outside of M&T Stadium in Baltimore, and an in-stadium pop-up for additional attendee engagement.
