Jacob deGrom played for the 2006 Florida Champs and hosted the Southeast Regional that same year. Played shortstop most of Legion Baseball career, wasn’t until college at Stetson University he began pitching. He now pitches for the New York Mets.
An All-Star second baseman and an emerging star for the Twins, Brian Dozier played for Post 49’s Tupelo 49ers in Mississippi from 2002-2005. Dozier's history includes a 20/20 season, a Home Run Derby entry and a Gold Glove finalist nomination.
A nine-time All-Star, a three-time World Series champion and 1962 NL Cy Young Award winner, Drysdale was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1984. He struck out 2,486 batters and finished with an ERA of 2.95. He played Legion Baseball in Van Nuys, Calif.
