Carl Yastrzemski

Yastrzemski, Carl

The 1967 American Legion Baseball Graduate of the Year, Carl Yastrzemski was an 18-time All-Star for the Boston Red Sox and was a first-ballot Hall of Famer in 1989. In 1967, he earned the Triple Crown and Most Valuable Player award, along with one of his seven Gold Gloves. He finished his career with 3,419 hits and 452 home runs. He played American Legion Baseball in Bridgehampton, N.Y.

Robin Yount

Yount, Robin

A member of the 3,000-hit club, Robin Yount was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999. The three-time All-Star and two-time American League Most Valuable Player helped guide the Milwaukee Brewers to an appearance in the World Series in 1982. He played American Legion Baseball in Los Angeles.
